Lynn M.  presented in this office after suffering from eight symptoms (including facial pain, TM joint pain, headaches, eye pain, dizziness, tinnitus, and ear pain,) for 33 years prior to coming here and was seen by at least five doctors.  At the completion of treatment, all symptoms were gone and she provided the following statement:
